Full Body Fat Loss Workout

Workout C from the March Madness workout. I went through the circuit one and almost all of the intervals at the end.

1) Dumbbell (DB) Push Press
2) Bulgarian Split Squat
3) DB Squat
4) Grasshopper Pushup
5) DB or Medicine Ball (MB) Chop
6) Spiderman Climb
7) DB Turkish Get-up
8) Elevated Push-up

Timed Bodyweight Interval Circuit

1) Medicine Ball Woodchoppers 8X

2) Squat Thrusts 2X

3) Running “High Knees” in Place plus Plank 8X

4) Squat Thrusts 2X

I am soaked and beat. This fat loss workout is really intense. I am beginning to think that this might be a bit beyond my current fitness level or I may end up doing less reps than usual.
